It was always a pleasure working with Sandeep. He was always clear, thorough, and extremely responsive. Working creatively to solve problems.
The highly diligent guy towards work difficulties and great to solve them. A fine team player and a leader whose technical expertise is always way high "all the time" both in depth and breadth. Grabbing and completing anything that comes his way with focus and goal oriented thinking is highly appreciable. Working with him had been a rewarding experience and there wont be second thoughts for accepting the opportunity to work with him in future.
Sandeep is a motivated, intelligent, hard working person. He has great breadth of hands on technical knowledge that helps him design solutions properly. He has great analytical thinking that helps him think through his designs and evaluate various alternatives in a mature, structured and timely manner. He has proved to be a great asset to the Learning Resources group.
I have worked very closely with Sandeep in one of the most crtical and demanding project at Adobe. Sandeep has always been completly involved in all the spheres of the project and took an extra mile in achieving the desired objective and quality of the project. Other than his superb technical competence, he is also a great team team player and always ready to extend a helping hand to other folks in the team. I am sure that Sandeep is a valuable asset for any organization and I would recommend him anytime!
Sandeep is really a nice chap. I enjoyed his company when I was in Headstrong and is a very nice friend to have. He is a package of information and can talk on any technology even where he is not working and is always updated with any new upcoming technology.
Sandeep is one of rare combination of brilliance & hard working person. He is a wiz kid, technology freek. He can make technology do anything for himself. In technology & cars he knows faster information faster than anybody else.
He is not only brilliant at technology but is also a very good team player & is a leader. Take initiatives, drives people & very good motivator.
He is one of the few with whom you will not feel bored. Very fun loving person.
Sandeep likes to take challanges in his stride. He is a very dedicated for his work commitments and stay focused to achive them.
Although I have worked with him for a short assignemnt but his attitude for his goals and teamwork for sure is appreciable.
I got a chance to work with Sandeep for a short span of 6 months. He is very helpful, intellectual and hardworking individual. He also has strong technical knowledge and deep understanding of whatever he works on.
Wishing him good luck in his endeavours.
Sandeep is a sharp guy, diligent worker, and a good friend. His passion for his work, including individual and group tasks, and ability to excel, placed him at the top of our class. I wish him the best in all his endeavors. I am confident that he will be an asset to any organization that he is a part of.
Sandeep is the sharpest software engineer I met . And Believe me, I have met some .
Sandeep is very passionate about technology and committed to his work. He worked as a member in my team at Morgan Stanley, on a Learning Management System project. Sandeep demonstrated his technical and analytical capabilities at the start by understanding the project both technically and functionally in a very short span of the time. He was the first member of my team to be productive and start work on the functional requirements and delivering the releases. The project had both development and support work and he was able to keep the balance between the two very effectively. I commend his precise communication about the technical analysis of the issues. He also took initiatives in setting up the processes for tracking the project and lend me a helping hand in producing the process metrics and status reports.
Sandeep is the brainiest chap I have known and has been a personal benchmark for me. He is passionate about his work and close friends. For him nothing is really impossible and his sheer energy for a task drives the team around. He is also most deceptive person as you can easily misjudge his potential by his simple looks but I have been testimony for the price people have paid for their misjudgment. Post PEC I have followed him very closely and he has again set new benchmarks proving that the right attitude can break any professional barriers

Sandeep is one of the sharpest persons I have studied and worked with. We have together worked on various projects, and he has always been a value add in each small step. His concentration and ability to work on minute details give him that extra edge. Finally he is a true professional to work with.
I have known Sandeep since 1999 when both of us joined Punjab Engineering College for getting a degree in Civil Engineering. Sandeep was exceptionally brilliant in and outside of the classroom. We worked on two projects together and his style of working was always pragmatic and unique. He graduated the top of his class from Punjab Engineering College illustrating his sincerity and commitment to the work he does.

I worked with Sandeep for a couple of years at Morgan Stanley, on a Learning Management System. We began working together within the support of our project, as I was managing client's functional requirements and minor releases. In this role, Sandeep provided technical analysis of issues and proposals. His analysis was complete, thorough, and due to ever changing requirements, he quickly grasped concepts from a technical perspective as well from the business side.
Eventually, Sandeep grew in his position and managed the support development team that was based out of Noida, India. He was the front person for all technical support issues, and would delegate tasks to other members. He represented the voice for our India development team, whereas we were based out of New York/New Jersey and Montreal.
Afterwards, we worked on larger initiatives, one which involved upgrading and migrating our legacy version of the LMS onto a newer platform. Sandeep was an integral member of the team. His commitment and dedication to meet deadlines showcased his talents and professionalism.
During this migration project, we also developed a separate application that hosted key functionality that was previously developed for the legacy LMS. This project is currently on-going, and Sandeep's talent, leadership qualities and charisma are surely missed here at Morgan Stanley!
Sandeep is highly committed to his job. His code was always appreciated by the testing team and the senior management. He helped his peers in delevering the good code and took extra time out of his busy schedule to help them out. I really appreciate his willing to learn attitude as he not only helped the programming team but also helped the testing team in learning the Automation tools and deleviring a 0-defect product. Excellent guy to work with..
